Customer Reviews
Living at Atlas has been a really nice experience. I've been here almost a year. I got an Elite apartment and it looks just like model I toured. The place is well taken care of, the staff is super friendly, and it feels like they actually care about the people who live here. I haven't had many issues but if something does come up, they take care of it quickly; It can be hard to find a place like that! It’s a comfortable and welcoming community. It's nice that there are two publix's and Maximo beach park nearby.
If i could give zero stars i would. Place is leaking water from the floor boards and management says it is not an issue worth receiving a new unit. Two bedroom with only one working bathroom that still barely works. Maintenance does not fix anything they close every request the next day saying it's been completed when it's not. Walls are very thin can hear everyone. Management only sends text and will not answer the phone with issues or concerns. I would definitely not move here and have requested to break the lease and received no answer for days. Add photos
Don’t move here if you care about your health, wellbeing, or sanity. The mold in these buildings is nearly unlivable I woke up every day with sore throat, itchy eyes and headaches. I went ahead and did my own mold tests and the results came back showing many different molds present including black mold. After coming to management with my problem they simply wiped the visible black mold and painted over it which obviously didn’t fix the mold problem. Some of the mold has to be in the walls here because these are super old buildings that experienced water damage from the hurricanes last year. Before you consider moving into this place take a walk around and look at the state of half the buildings here and think about your own safety during hurricane season. The whole complex needs to be rebu
I've been staying here for the past few years, and I enjoy it very much. I love how friendly Oliva and the maintenance crew are. Always will assist or answer questions that i have. Also, enjoy the gym they have it's always clean and sanitized. The pool is perfect for doing laps or just relaxing in the sun, and the tables and chairs by the pool are a plus. I always recommend my friends to come and live here if they ever were in the need for a place.
I was a resident of this complex for five years. I ultimately made the decision to leave due to serious privacy concerns regarding maintenance access and a consistent lack of support from upper management. For example, during one incident, our front door was left wide open while maintenance went on break—an unacceptable breach of security that forced us to move out immediately for our safety and peace of mind. While the on-site leasing agent, Olivia, genuinely does her best to advocate for residents, her ability to address and resolve larger issues is limited. Unfortunately, upper management remains largely unresponsive and indifferent to tenant concerns. Since Hurricane Milton, the property has remained in a state of disrepair, with visible damage still present long after the storm. (9
