Over the course of our year in this home, we have experienced several repairs, which is reasonable and expected in any rental. What has been consistently frustrating, however, is the property manager’s disregard for our time, availability, and basic comfort. We were without hot water for over two weeks and received neither a rent adjustment nor any meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience. A similar lack of fairness occurred with the pool. As required by the lease, we paid over $1,000 to open it for the season. Less than two months later, a piece of equipment failed. Worse people to ever rent a property from. I only dealt with them for 3 months and it was a nightmare from the beginning. A whole bunch of empty promises that they dont follow through with and they wait until are moving out to put in all these maintenance requests and have you deal with all these people coming in and out while you are trying to move out. They make up things to keep your deposit. If you can help it , I would suggest you look the other way if you they are involved!

If I could leave a ten star review I would. The entire process of listing and selling my home proceeded seamlessly from start to finish. Phil Kazmierczak is extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable and guided me throughout. All parties cooperated and Phil communicated with me every step of the way. I’m very happy with the sale price and the speedy closing. Phil took care of getting bids and hiring service people for all repairs that arose.
