***WARNING*** DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! HE WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE VIA THE BUYER-BROKER AGREEMENT. My experience using this agency was I did all the work, I did all the searches. I gave this guy all my wants/desires and he couldn’t get it right. Once in contract for the home I found, he ghosted me during the most critical window. He didn’t negotiate my escrow, his lender never provided an approval of conditional approval or denial letter. They simply dropped the ball. I lost half of my escrow and my credit score has now dropped due to the Lender running Credit multiple times. The worst part about all of this is I have zero desire to work with this firm yet they will not release me from the buyer Broker contract. I think it’s disgusting and borderline psycho. I would not recommend Atlantic Sho
