I was very happy that Jackie was willing to 'sit down' with me and work through different options for structuring the loan and go over exactly what it would take to get the approval. I had talked to another lender prior to my conversation with Jackie and they didn't show anywhere near the level of support/effort. They also didn't even mention debt restructuring to come up with a plan that would work for me. Additionally, I really liked the website she used to show the numbers with multiple options based on points bought, down payment amount, etc...

From start to finish, Jackie and her team were responsive, helpful, and professional. We initially began the loan search with a different broker, but Jackie and her team’s performance led me to move forward with ACM. A a FTHB, I had a lot of questions, and Nancy patiently and quickly answered each one; putting my wife and I at ease. It was a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend the team to a friend or family member.

Jackie and the ACM team were amazing and I highly recommend them! We were first time home buyers and didn't know where to start. Jackie was always there when we needed her and she walked us through each step and was so personal and encouraging. The most impressive night was when we put in a bid on a house. She stayed up until well past 11pm to get the offer through. I have no doubt that without her we would not soon be moving into the wonderful place she found for us. If you are considering a mortgage lender, look no further than Jackie. You won't be disappointed.

Jackie is very knowledgeable and caring. She helped us to identify different financing options as we searched for an investment property. Once we found a property that we wanted to purchase, Jackie reached out to the listing agent to let them know that we were well qualified and advocate for our offer. (We were in a multiple offer situation.) The level of service from Jackie and her team was outstanding, and we got a great rate!
