At first, I thought the issue might have been on my end, but after reading the reviews, I realized it wasn't just me. Maureen is a poor representation of this company. As others have mentioned in their reviews, I have not rented from this company-and based on my interaction with Maureen, I would not consider doing so. I am relocating from Colorado and looking for a property in Richmond. When I explained that I couldn't view the property in person before renting due to being out of state, she responded by saying, "I can see why you're getting scammed." This comment was unprofessional and unnecessary. Many people relocate from out of state and successfully rent properties without viewing them in person. Atlantic Beacon is the best!!!!! Maureen is amazing and deeply appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not my first time renting from them and won't be my last. Definitely a 10 out 10. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am a current resident and have nothing but good things to say about Atlantic Beacon and their staff!! They are quick to address any problems that arise. Kelsey is very sweet, kind and always responds to my requests! The only negative is they do not have the ability to pay online. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a place! #HappyResidentHere!!

I rented a home through Atlantic Beacon for a number of years. It was a very pleasant experience. Maureen was very responsive, and kind. As well as my maintenance requests being attended to quickly. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a rental property in the Henrico / Richmond area.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY, or use for home sales. 1 star is more than they deserve. Terrible maintenance, customer service, rental management, basically everything required to run their sham of a leasing agency. Home owners beware if using to rent your home out. They will decrease the home value with the worst maintenance and have no problem breaking laws if they think they can get away with it. Plenty of other rental agencies in the area. Choose any other and you will be much happier. I was using a different agency for years with no issue until the home owner decided to clearly save a buck and switch to this sad excuse of a company.
