Do not work with this company especially anne roe. She is a very bad realtor. She is just out to make her commission. Takes advantage of first time home buyers. When you are out buying a house a realtor supposed to help with every detail making sure everything is good before buying it.well she's not that person so be aware

Beware!!!!! Anne Roe is extremely sneaky and only out for herself. She took complete advantage of me as a first-time home buyer. Recently had a conversation with Keller Williams who advised against using Atlanta communities. Walk away while you still can! Call someone else!
