This house was not ready to rent. Maintenance sub-par. Roaches (they said we had them because it had rained the night before), cook top split in two, sliding glass door to deck wouldn't open (they sent a maintenance guy who said "I've already told them there is nothing I can do", 3rd floor deck supposedly had an ocean view (not in 15-20 years). Neighbors had similar issues. For owners, I would not list my house with them. They do not maintain them. For renters, the northern beaches are lovely and wide and it is wonderfully located. Just find anther house, another rental company.

Rental property is called the beach house it is everything I cldve hoped for and more pictures do not do this place justice. I love it. I will definitely be returning.

Do not recommend Shoreline Cottage. While the location was fantastic, the house was poorly maintained and not clean. We booked Shoreline Cottage for a week to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. It was expensive (over $4000) but we were celebrating a special occasion and it was my father's dream to be in an oceanfront house. The location on the beach is incredible and the view spectacular - perfect for watching the sunrise and you can walk out from the house onto the beach. Unfortunately the house itself was run down, poorly maintained, and not clean. Blankets and bathmats were clearly not laundered between guests. Carpet smelled of wet dog and desperately needs to be shampooed if not replaced. Kitchen floor was so grimy it left your feet black after preparing a meal - we end

We really enjoyed the beach house, " wave from it all". Amber was very accommodating and the maintenance company was very prompt for a minor issue. The house was super spacious and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean and very relaxing! I wish Va Beach offered Sunday to Sunday rentals. We had an amazing family dance Nationals vacation!

We stayed in North Beach at Latitude Adjustment (4702 Oceanfront). It was in a perfect location with a quiet beach, and we were able to see dolphins almost every day. The house was great, not modern, but definitely comfortable for our group! We had one rainy day and the master bedroom was a perfect place to camp out and watch the storm. One room is not as air conditioned as the rest of them, but it was still comfortable (the weather was 90 degrees while we were there). The furniture and kitchen are worn. We did have an issue with one of the sliding doors - I had opened it during the rain storm and could not reclose it because it had swelled. Atkinson came right out and fixed it for us.
