Athens Park Apartments - Leasing Office

These apartments are very well managed and very clean and quiet

Run as fast as you can away from ATHENS VILLAGE in athens Alabama..In fact, they are currently kicking people out for various reason even though they refused to fix stuff in apartments for months and years despite people putting in multiple work orders.These apartments are MOLDED,ROACH AND RAT INFESTED,and they just hire anybody to work for them. Property managers sleeping with the maintenance crew..managers on drugs..its a mess and HUD and the USDA need to investigate whoever owns these...how do you make elderly people who are on disability and social security move out of low income apartments that makes zero sense then to give them a few days to find somewhere to live.That's heartless..I guess they're mad because people are upset about them raising rent prices and refusing to fix stuff i

Visit to get an application and visit an appointment.. I was never able to catch the office open a few times I went to speak to them I wonder why they were never presently ever there.

Will have to say that they need better up keep at these places they want to charge outrageous prices for rent but then dont want to keep things up I was very disappointed....
