I’ll update this review once I move in and get established. I toured Astorwood after searching months for a place that would work for us and our budget. Juan was incredibly nice and helpful through the entire process. He has a maintenance worker that turned around on his way home to come bring the keys to unlock one of the units to show me—with a smile on his face. They just seem like very kind people, which isn’t easy to find in my experience of renting and searching for a good apartment. Update: 6 months into the lease, and I am satisfied. We have had a few maintenance requests (pest control, plumbing issue, ceiling fan repair), and they have all been timely addressed. Juan the office manager is wonderful to work with. He is very polite, courteous and prompt. He is understanding and definitely a plus in this community. He is knowledgeable and treats you with respect. Definitely the kind of manager you want running the office. I highly recommend speaking with him about leasing an apartment.
