Aston Pointe Apartment Homes

I moved in last August to start school around the corner. Now that my lease is up at the end of July, I have chosen to not renew the lease. For the most part living in the F building has been fine. The apartment is beautiful. It has nice floors, comfortable carpeting and updated appliances, but the rent is outrageously high which is a major turn off for someone like myself who is a student. This complex was a lot nicer than a lot of other other apartments which I appreciate, but now that rent is raised up, I had to cut my losses. There's been some issues during my time here, the major one being the heat. I've had my heat in my unit since (December 2024) scorching hot in my upstairs apartment for 3 months. I've informed people in the leasing office here and I know it wasn't the staff here

A great, quiet place to live. A lot of stores and shops close by. Love love love my apartment and the amenities on the property. Sara in the office is AMAZING!

I had a phenomenal 5 star experience with Brittany Coco the leasing agent who was responsive, transparent, flexible and altogether pleasant to work with! She is amazing! The location and apartment is phenomenal. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars would be that upon move-in not everything was cleaned like under the oven or air filter/fan in the bathroom, however I have new carpet and clean kitchen which is beautiful. After the first week, I had an ant infestation due to some food that was not cleaned under oven however maintenance is as timely as they can be and helped me out when the outside source (NOT Aston Pointe) of pest control was late. Just an FYI, let your snow plow people know you’re not allowed to plow snow out of your parking lot onto Pennell Road. You could’ve caused an accident.

Loved it here! We were looking to move my grandmother closer to us and found this place by chance. Francesca and Eric were so kind and helpful and answered all of our questions before and after our tour. They made us feel really comfortable about my grandmother living here. Definitely recommend.
