There is a noticeable lack of community care and follow-through on tenant concerns at this property. Complaints are often acknowledged but not properly addressed, leaving residents feeling unheard. Rent is relatively high for what is offered, and the units are not worth the price. While apartments come equipped with appliances such as a washer/dryer and microwave, the upkeep is poor. Our oven was filthy at move-in, the microwave was damaged, and the washer/dryer maintenance did not meet expectations—management was unwilling to replace anything as long as it technically worked or could be temporarily fixed. Absolutely blown away by my experience at Aston Apartments! I came in feeling a bit nervous about the whole process, but Cayla completely changed that. She was warm, personable, and truly made me feel like this could be home. Her energy was so welcoming and genuine—it felt less like a tour and more like a friend showing me around. I left feeling confident, excited, and honestly, a little surprised by how much I could already picture myself living there. Five stars, all thanks to Cayla!

Living here has been a great experience! The apartments are well-maintained and the community is friendly, but what really makes it stand out is the staff—especially Jay. He’s always so helpful, outgoing, and quick to lend a hand with anything that comes up. Jay goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of, and his positive attitude really makes the place feel like home. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable place with great people running it!

Just moved in, not even a week ago and they are so far the worse . Upon move in I have more than 4 things broken . Have called multiple times just for them to say they are sending someone out but never do . The leasing office is so confused and seems as if they have no idea what anyone is talking about. They need an entire new team in the leasing office . Maintenance supervisor is great .

Great place to live. Maintenance experience is awesome and on time! Andrzej R. is one of the best Maintenance techs I’ve ever dealt with for help. He is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help when asked. We need more workers like him! Please keep him!
