I would not recommend this place they are thieves. They ask you for $100 application fee, $300 for the deposit. They only accept money orders that way they can stay with your money. After you submit all the required documents they way until Friday to tell you they need more deposit. Since they don't open Saturday. You go Monday and tell them you can't take because you don't the extra money for the deposit. An ask for the initial $300 deposit and they answered no we can give it back because you took 2 days to come and get your money back. They are the worst places to go and try and rent.

New management is great, they are updating the property little by little, good place to live very calm and quiet. The office ladies are very nice and helpful. I 100% recommend.

I didn't have any type of problem with my application process. The two Lady's in the office did an amazing job. They had bad reviews, but it was for the old administration with the new administration you should not have any issues completely renovated apartments. I really love my apartment a lot

The new management has been great in their efforts to put this place back to where it needs to be. I am so relieved, because the rent price was great, but the previous people were not. It is definitely worth taking a look at if you are looking in this area. I am really liking the office people, and maintenance is out working so hard every day.

DO NOT TRUST THIS place nor management. If you want Jasmine to offer appealing promises to you and lead you to believe she has your best interest ..ONLY to drag out the application process by lying to you about paperwork that “needs to be turned in” (even though you already turned it in), this is the place to go. She will definitely lead you on with lies about great deals she has to offer and after a month you won’t have an apartment to live in. She does NOT care if you have no place to live. She will stack lies on top of lies to keep you calling and won’t answer you once the date comes for you to move in.
