I am a realtor, and many of my customers have used Phil’s home inspection services. He is highly qualified and is an ACTUAL TRAINED INSPECTOR, unlike others who were grandfathered in. His reports are to the point, non-inflammatory and very easy to read. He offers a $100,000 insurance policy and his company will the buy the home back if he misses anything in the inspection. Phil is an amazing inspector and person in general. He was very thorough and took his time to look into everything which took a bit longer since it was a bigger house.
