Had to leaves this review! The property manager, Emily Dilican, is truly amazing!!! She genuinely cares about the property and the residents, and it shows in everything she does. Since she’s been managing the property, things are more organized, issues are addressed faster, and nothing falls through the cracks - it’s absolutely noticeable!! Emily is incredibly responsive, communicates clearly, and keeps us and others informed, which makes a huge difference!!!! Her approach, attention to detail, and follow-through really set her apart from previous experiences!! It’s honestly refreshing to have a property manager like Emily who takes so much pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond (for us all)!!! Truly deserves 10 stars!
