I want to rave about Shelby Lehew and the excellent service she provided when I contacted AMG with questions about the HOA at a neighborhood my clients want to purchase in. I needed the info quickly so my clients could make an offer, and she responded promptly to the multiple emails I sent and explained things in an efficient and comprehendible way. I am grateful for her assistance on a day I needed immediate responses!

This company is no longer located in Pineville, they've supposedly gone remote. As the owner of a company that provides a service to one of the HOAs they manage, I am appalled at their lack of professionalism & ability to pay invoices in a timely manner. We have been waiting months for payment on services that were pre approved. When we call the manager for the HOA's account he NEVER answers & the voicemail is full, if it's not, it doesn't matter, he isn't calling back. Emailing is as fruitful as banging your head against the wall, there's never a reply, not even a "I'll look into this for you". If we didn't have great rapport with the residents of the HOA, we'd opt to not work there going forward. AMG is making them look bad, I hope they fire this mgmt company & find someone that'll actua

I’m very happy with their service. Our community recently switched to this management company, and the experience has been excellent so far. I had a few questions about my owner account, and when I submitted a request, they responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. It’s reassuring to have such a professional and responsive management team.

My home owners association just switched to AMG for the management of our community 2 days ago. As both a homeowner and real estate professional, I had a couple matters that I needed to contact them about and was very pleasantly surprised at the promptness of their response.
