What a solid experience we had this past year renting from Associates Realty. From the application process, to the quickly acted upon maintenance requests during the lease term, to the communication from the leasing team and ending with a smooth "check out", they were professional, helpful and eager to please. Add in that the home had extra nice finishes and landscaping was included (might not always be the case but it was for our property). Though we are now homeowners and hope to not have to lease again, we'd recommend Associates Realty if you are looking to lease in the Gainesville area. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate. After moving up from South Florida, my partner and I needed a place to rent before we could get into our house. We were pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Associates Realty, our agent Joshua Norvell in particular. We were delighted with the house we rented and with the services we received from Associates. Our cat liked them, too!
