My husband and I had the most completely horrendous experience with this realty company, from start upon signing with them to past closing. The realtors we worked with were Mike (Michael) Parker our realtor, and CC Cossette, broker/owner of the business. It happens that we had a unique property with two separate habitations, and therefore there were four sellers all together, and eventually there also happened to be four buyers—to give some context. We allowed the other two sellers involved to choose the realtor for the sale—after searching, meeting with various realtors, and comparing they chose Mike Parker with Assets Realty. Our first experience and impression of Mike was not not the greatest. Upon signing the listing agreement we noticed the document was titled as the sale under the
Excellent service and attention to detail.
