I've lived at this apartment for over 4 years and it has been an amazing experience. The manager there, Tricia Jenkins, has been outstandingly helpful and kind during my stay. She has went above and beyond to clear up any confusions and has just been a great person. Tricia has honestly been the best manager I've had.

I want to that the manager tony did a great job taken care of what I needed fix and maintenence is awesome westin and Jackson they fixed my fridge and mailbox they were great.

They just got new management and Erica and Sherrie helped us out and have helped cleaned up the complex and made things safe. Which I really appreciate since I have a young family. They are making a huge difference and are very kind and sweet.

I have lived here for 3 years. Since day one Trisha & Sunday have made this place beautiful & made me feel welcome & appreciated. Trisha is the best property manager I have ever had. If I could give 10 stars I would.********** Jennifer

Tricia the property manager is really nice but the person who covered for her isn’t. Her name is Carmen and when I went into the office on Thursday to get my application filled out she had a lot of attitude and wanted to rush me and my partner out of there. I than searched who the regional manager would be for EMG or Aspire that’s when I found Natalie’s information and I was able to email her that the process shouldn’t of taken that long for my background to come back but Carmen said 24 hours. I called the office and no response luckily my partner went to the office to see what’s going on and that’s when Carmen told us that we needed a co signer and basically kept laughing in her face and was super rude. I’m pretty sure you have cameras in the property or office so please check them wisely
