Refuses to have appliances fixed, but has no problem towing half the cars out of the complex's parking lot. Don't move into properties that this company manages; they are not tenant friendly.

Tanya is a personal friend of mine we do business outside of property management, she is a honest, trustworthy person who will go out of her way to make things work for someone re guard less of what the situation may be. I would highly recommend her to anyone that would be in need of a place to rent.

One of the worst PM Co’s I’ve dealt with. Everything was good until we moved in then it went downhill from there. Each time I asked for something from the owner, I never heard back from Aspire. According to lease I was to pay sewer, asked to have sewer in my name , as I knew I was being overcharged. Never got in my name! Turns out I was in fact being overcharged! I had an issue with a repair vendor , told Tonya I felt uncomfortable with them in my home, she told me too bad! I was accused of being dishonest and my lease forbade certain things, when I read my lease that was not the case. Grateful owner changed PM CO’s.

Great communication and management team ready to serve and assist in any circumstance that arises. Great tenant and owner communication. Amazing human beings. Tanya is a great property manager. She is hard-working, dedicated to her clients and thorough in doing her job. She went above and beyond for me when I discovered past tenants had trashed my property while I was managing from a distance. She and her crew jumped in to help; dealing with the tenant eviction, arranging a crew to clean it up and working with me throughout the process. It was bad enough but it would have been traumatic without her immediate help and support. It’s not easing turning over control of a property to someone you don’t know. Tanya lets you know she has your back and then she gets to work.
