Aspire Presidio West

Worst apartment complex in terms of management. Ashlee is not a great manager in my opinion and her team besides 1 person is not very friendly. They lose deposits and make you pay. I would not recommend living here. This property has had multiple issues of broken into cars while I lived there. (Check reviews) the power will go out on you once a month and there is no parking, anyone and everyone can park there

As a residents of this community for the past 3 1/2 years, we are very satisfied with the staff here. From the office personnel to the maintenance guys, each one is very personable. When we have to have a maintenance fix, they respond quickly, and hardly any disruption to our day, since we are seniors and one of us is handicapped. We do love it here.

3 years ago I gave these apartments 5 stars, today I’m giving it 1. Don’t move here, save yourself the stress. I used to love calling this place home, and now I only fear for my safety when I’m here. From our cars being vandalized with rocks cracking our windshields, or rocks being throwing at our living room windows and doors at 4 in the morning to drug dealers doing drug deals in the parking lot with ankle monitors cause they’re on house arrest. I can’t even sleep at night because I fear something may happen to me or my belongings here. I fear leaving for work and coming home to my home being vandalized, or someone breaking in and my dog getting lose. Some nights I don’t even come home, I take my dog and go to my moms. Don’t move here. For months I’ve been told something would happen

I went into the office 07/31/25 wanted to inquire about a 2 bedroom. When I walked in there were two ladies assisting someone else however, I was not acknowledged. About 3 mins later one of the ladies walked over to me and asked how could she assist me. I advise what I wanted and she said oh she (pointed to the other lady) will assist you when she is done. I said okay and proceeded to wait. I waited for about 7 mins and got up and walked out as I walked out I told the lady I would come back (knew I wasn't going too) and she replied "IT'S OKAY!" as I was walking out. Rude smh wonder if its because I am black.

AMAZING COMMUNITY! I have lived at Aspire Presidio West Apts for many years and it is an amazing community to call home. Mikayla, from the leasing office is outstanding and Luis in maintenance is incredible. They are attentive to the needs of the residents and truly care. If you’re looking for a place to call home look no further!
