I have lived here for some time and feel it is important to be honest. There is a consistent issue with dog poop being left on the walkways to the point people are stepping in it. I am including a photo because this has become a regular problem, not a one time thing. Noise is also an ongoing issue. Some neighbors are extremely loud at all hours and there seems to be little consideration for others. Trash is often left in the breezeways and blows around instead of being properly disposed of. Cars still speed through the property with no regard for residents walking or safety. What is most disappointing is the lack of compassion within this community. I advise anyone who comes across this complex, to avoid living here at all costs. My boyfriend and I had the worst experience! We experienced a countless amount of issues while residing here. The management is terrible. We contacted management numerous times regarding issues we were having, and no action was ever taken nor a response back. When moving out, we contacted the management team to provide a move out check list and any other instructions they can provide. The person we spoke to specifically says “just basically clean and that’s it”… we also never received the move out check list we requested. We had our very first apartment here, and we thoroughly cleaned and inspected this last apartment the exact same way we did our first. My boyfriend and I were expecting our security deposit

Walking through the community, I noticed extremely loud music coming from a unit in Building 3 that carries throughout the area. I really feel for the residents nearby who have to live with that on a daily basis. I also saw some aggressive behavior near vehicles in the parking lot, which raises safety concerns. Additional security measures like cameras and better enforcement would go a long way. The property looks nice, but the overall living experience does not match the price.

Do not rent from here. They will tow your car for no reason. THEY WILL TOW YOU!! Ive lived here for four years and I’m glad I’m leaving. Horrible, Horrible experiences with office staff. They will tow your car if you work from home or happen to have 2 cars, even if it’s on the lease. When trying to get help from the office, the office called the cops because I was understandably mad and made me out to look like I was a bad guy. Never in my life have I had the cops called on me, EVER! The cops of course treated me the same way because she was a woman and I’m a man. The towing company lied and said my car was immobile (it’s not). They’ll make you pay for the towing of course. Do not rent here. You know what I’m saying is true when they have my review removed. I WILL KEEP POSTING THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! When we first moved in this place was actually nice. Year after year it got worse and worse, management harassing residents over nothing. Management told me I had to put my propane tank inside my apartment or I would be fined, they quickly back tracked when the fire marshal showed up. They never fix anything and if they do “fix” anything it’s such a poor job that a toddler could do better. The assistant manager Melanie is a total joke, she is condescending when asked why I’m being charged for things that were listed on the move in inventory and condition report and she just argues saying that the charges are all valid even though I have pictures to prove otherwise.
