Aspen Ridge Apartments

This is THE WORST place I have ever lived in my many years of living in apartments/townhomes. I have had THE WORST neighbors with constant loud music bumping my walls, never have a convenient parking space, and management has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when I have brought these issues to their attention. They are horrible at communication/calling/emailing you back when you need an issue addressed! If I could give 0 stars I would, this has been BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex/management group. If you are considering moving, I would not walk BUT RUN away from it. The apartments are teeny tiny, you can not fit a king size bed in the bedroom, as reference. There is constantly trash all over the parking lot/blowing into my patio and nobody ever cleans it. I ha

I am so excited to write this review after being thru two not so wonderful management companies the Keystone management team at Aspen Ridge is the absolute best. Krystal has especially made our stay amazing as well as the property managers Sue and Stacy. Alex is also extremely wonderful! Everyone down to the maintenance team are just great. Thanks for making our stay here Amazing!!!!

I really enjoy living here. It feels safe, and they are doing a much better job lately with the property upkeep and maintenance. They put in a new patio area with grills and games, which is really nice, and the parking lot is being redone. Also, maintenance requests are taken care of the same day and the office staff/ maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

My family loves it here at Aspen Ridge Apartments. The staff has been very kind and accommodating and the facilities are well taken cared of. One employee who stands out is Mr Desmond. He demonstrates genuine care for all of his tenants. He is kind and patient and it is obvious that he enjoys serving all of the families in this apartment community. He always responds to issues in a timely and professional manner. His positive attitude and overall caring demeanor really makes this place just a little more special.

I've lived here for 4 years! I really have not had any problems. Everything is not perfect, but nothing is perfect. I have lived in both the loft and flat floor plan and loved them both. Its usually a very quiet community. The staff have always been helpful and willing to listen to me. The staff is easily the best part of the community! I have toured and thought about changing my scenery but their energy and friendliness is unmatched. They care about your safety as well. Every apartment gets their own alarm system THAT WORKS!! They also have 3 police officers that live here. If you're looking for somewhere to live in Greenville that cares about you and does everything they can to please you the Bellamy is the place you need be!!!
