Aspen Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 10 months now and staff here is absolutely phenomenal!! i have only had to submit 2 maintenance requests during my time here and both were completely fixed/addressed within just a few hours. I’m very delighted to find an apartment complex in Wichita that genuinely cares so much about their residents! Would 100% recommend :)

My faucet in the kitchen split at the seam. I put in a work order and after lunch Mike one of the maintenance personnel came to look at it. He changed the faucet but the connection leaked after tightening it down. It was approaching the end of the day so we called it a day and would resume the following day. It was Mikes day off so Pete showed up and fixed all the issues with the kitchen sink. Works great now. Hats off to the maintenance crew and their reliable work.

I have lived here since 2019. The staff are amazing. When I say staff I mean it in its entirety. From day one it has been a great experience from communication, to tour, to moving into a spotless apartment with new carpet. The maintenance team is extremely prompt and courteous. Case is also great at keeping the property upgraded and updated. If issues arise they do not hesitate to take action even if it cost money to make it better. Examples, new clean secure laundry facilities, new spacious concrete porches, new parking lot resurfacing and retainer walls, pool repairs, apartment updates, 24 hr security, the list goes on and on. The only negative experience I have ever had (going boomer on ya) was due to the secret getting out about this place in the last few years and the newer neighbors

It’s deeply frustrating — and honestly, unacceptable — how little this property does to keep residents safe. Every single month, someone’s car is broken into, and the worst part is that management knows this is happening and still hasn’t done anything to stop it. There’s been no visible effort to improve safety. Multiple vehicles have been stolen, windows shattered, and belongings taken — yet we’re met with silence from the office. They recently decided to put a lock on the laundry room door after people had their laundry stolen. You would think a lock on the laundry room door should of been done since day one, and it came far too late. Meanwhile, rather than taking real steps to protect the community, they built a small 10x10 dog park. It’s a slap in the face when residents are scared

I love it here! I have formed a community within our community. I interact with my neighbors and know them by name. We care about each other. Erin, Josh, and Zoey in the office are never to busy to chat or take care of any needs. Chad, Kevin, Marilyn, and the rest of maintenance and housekeeping are a joy and quick to share a smile, or taste test something I made in the kitchen. Thank you for being my "Home"!
