Aspen Hills Apartments

Will be late returning your deposit and still have the audacity to take money. Will get multiple stories to you on the phone about returning deposit. Will require to send a letter needing to threatening Legal action. Lived here nearly 3 years. It was always loud in the center court yard, and kids ride motor bikes even tho is against the rules. I am glad I’m out of there.

The main problem is the pool. A resident lets his daughter who runs a daycare use the pool on a daily basis. Today there was 8 of them. The children are poor mannered and their feet are filthy.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I was a tenant at Aspen Hills Apartments in Meridian for approximately nine months. This complex went above and beyond all my expectations for an apartment that I found online. My apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, had a washer/dryer/fireplace/storage in the unit, and it was well laid out. I was impressed with the cheap price for all of the amenities given compared to what I would have been paying in North Dakota, where I moved from. The management was AWESOME in helping me with whatever I needed, and their office hours made it convenient for me to get a hold of them. I have had that problem in the past.... The maintenance man would take the time to explain things to me (like my water heater) that I did not understand, just to help me save money! That meant a

My wife and I had a nice experience living in Aspen Hills until it came time to receive our deposit back. The company that manages this property is terrible. We are two adults with no children and no pets. Rented a 2 bedroom apartment for ONLY a 5 month lease. We leased the apartment short term knowing we would be moving sooner than later. I mention this because a place can only get so dirty with two responsible, full-time working adults living there for ONLY 5 months. After move out we spent 5-6 hours deep cleaning the apartment to receive as much of our deposit back as possible. The final walk-thru inspection went well (so we thought) and even the community manager said the place looked great. Aspen Hills is a great apartment complex! It was mine and my wife's first apartment after getting married. The property manager lives on site, and he was really flexible and understanding in accommodating our current (at that time) job situation. Maintenance was speedy and thorough. The community was full of nice people, and the pool was great! I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, friendly place to live in Meridian.
