Aspen Hill Apartments

I've lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and it's peaceful my neighbors are respectful.Jeanie Smith the property Manager is the best I could not have asked for a wonderful property Manager, she makes sure that everything is running smoothly in and around the community and she is very prompt at listening to your concerns and addresses them on a timely order.Jeanie loves her residents not to mention the children it's like she is a second mother the children looks up to even for words of encouragement ,love you Jeanie!!!!!. The staff is wonderful as well the secretary at the front desk Amanda is wonderful.

Attn: Leasing Office I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything the office has done to assist me with the floor installation. Everyone in the office was very helpful and your efforts do not go unnoticed. I also wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the way this community really takes care of their tenants. I do notice how the community is so well taken care of, everyone is also so helpful with making sure the community looks presentable. It's been a pleasure living here. I hope everyone has an amazing weekend.

The apartments are relatively great for the price—especially when you consider their pool and gym. The staff (Jeanie, Amanda and others) are very nice and supportive! They make you feel at home without shying from the necessary work their positions require. These apartments are also positioned nicely in the broader area. There are 2-3 mall markets within walking distance and it’s safe from what I can tell. I would recommend this place if it fits your budget.

Amanda Maria is wonderful! She is so helpfu, l knowledgeable and friendly she has a great attitude and is on top of making sure im ok and understand whats happening with repairs and when it will happen, I really appreciate her customer service!

Terrible. Im telling u. DO NOT LIVE THERE. The worst year in my life was there. Roaches, mice, and dirty apartments. Even the complex isn't safe. I don't know why the reviews are saying the staff is friendly. They are not. You will see them friendly when you visit them for the first time, but after you actually live there, they will be very rude. Even the community and the ppl living there aren't the best. Pls don't waste your time and money by living at Aspen Hill Apartments.
