I have lived at this community for two years, and I can truly say I have seen a tremendous difference since the new management company took over. The improvements have been noticeable in every aspect from the professionalism and attentiveness of the office staff to the responsiveness and quality of the maintenance team. Xio and the entire team have done an outstanding job creating a positive and welcoming environment for residents. Their dedication, communication, and commitment to improvement do not go unnoticed. Alexandria was truly incredible throughout the entire moving process! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, she proved herself to be a reliable member of the community. She is attentive to detail and knowledgeable of the property. She answered all the questions I had over the phone snd through email. Alexandria made sure I left the leasing office feeling confident in my selection. Alexandria is readily available to assist folks. I recently toured this community and had a wonderful experience. Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining everything in detail. She made the tour informative and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Xio, the Property Manager, who was just as kind and professional. Both of them were very welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Great customer service and a great first impression overall!

I stopped by as I’m searching for a new home come June, and I was not disappointed! The community has beautiful newly renovated amenities, a great location, and very spacious floor plans.
