Ashwood Cove Apartments

I have lived here for about 9 months now and I love it! The staff is nice and always hosting fun events for the community, the maintenance is quick and efficient! I love the pool in the summer and fire pit with cutesty string lights in the winter. My dog loves the dog park and nature around the complex! They always have specials going for new tenants so keep and eye out :)

I come home to check on my mom from college and I've noticed a few things, There is always dog pop in the yard around the back pool. No matter the time of day. Speaking if the back pool area in the internet café the wifi has been out for a month(which yes it is a silly thing to complain about but why have a internet cafe if you dont have the internet connection working). They took the coffee machine that was in there too which at that point its just a room with tables and chairs. Also there is always someone smoking cigarettes or weed in the cafe because the people who live above the cafe says that they smell it all the time and the few times I go in there it does smell like weed and the last thing is, i work for a delivery service and most of my coworkers do not know where the rr building

I have lived at Ashwood Cove for 4 years now. I love the little festivities throughout the year as well as how quickly maintenance comes to your home to fix things (usually the same day). The staff has always been wonderful despite staffing changes throughout the last few years. I enjoy the gym and Internet cafe as well.

Tranquility, Peace and trust for you and your family, living here is your refuge and your safe place. Excellent to open and sports spaces, the pools always clean, the internet cafe and the gym are essential and very useful places. ✅ We're about to celebrate two years of living here, and we love lighting the campfire, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying their sweet taste, and of course, the wonderful warmth of the fire, especially when we're together as a family💖.

Weve been living out here since 2022 and if it wasnt for outgrowing the unit we would stay honestly. We've enjoyed our stay. Love the residential events and how kind everyone has been. Only issue for us is the dog poop. Seems like not everyone thinks its a good idea to clean behind their pets even tho there are amply places to retrieve bags and dispose of it. Thats beyond disgusting and when jt rains the smell just lingers. 🤮🤮 I sometimes regret opening windows and doors bc of this.
