This place is absolutely terrible and does not care about its tenants. A few months ago my granny died from Covid-19 and we just recently found out that we would not be getting the full deposit back because she did not complete her 12 month lease. How terrible that you would take money from a deceased person. My granny also had fans installed with her own money and they tried to keep them. Do not rent from this place!!
Responding to Steven Vick and Jessi Vick, per the conversation we had all of your Grannies deposit was returned as well as the ceiling fans that were removed by our maintenance and were waiting in the office for YOU to pick up. Again we are sorry for your loss of such wonderful person.
My grandmother lived at Ashton Place. She passed away, and Ashton Place Apts took money out of her security deposit because she was unable to fulfill her 12 month lease.
