I wish there was an option to rate negative stars, because this place does not deserve even 1 good rating. For almost $1200 a month you get a 420 friendly apartment where you’ll make close friends with the roaches running up and down your walls and living in your food pantry. The paneling is peeling in the bathroom under the bathtub, you get to enjoy the smell of mildew because both kitchen and bathroom sinks leaking and maintenance did nothing when they were called, the floors are bubbled out in the kitchen (probably from the water leak under the sink) it looks like a 4 year old repainted the apartment before we moved in, there is drips everywhere on appliances and the floor. dust dirt and years of grime on the trim boards cabinets are peeling and completely grimy, the carpet smells like

This Company is very unprofessional. For starters, they toured me a unit for “same day” move-in when it wasn’t even cleaned out. There was dead bugs on the bathroom floor, bug traps, and an entire ecosystem in the bathtub. I’ve never been toured a place with clothes and bugs all in it. The Leasing agent told me they will “vacuum” the tub. Then in the leasing office, they don’t follow the rules on the rental criteria. I had 3 paystubs of my employment and an upcoming pay stub. Stephanie “yelled” and denied me to apply because it has to be “current.” The criteria states 3 pay stubs of the past 30 days which I had. That’s very much “current.” Stephanie’s mouth was disgusting and not professional at all. Stephanie spoke to me like a child and said “Do you get it?” I emailed the manager in t

the people who live above me make an insane amount of noise all day long. it's 230 am and it sounds like somebody just fell over. literally just fell over on their living room floor. or they dropped a 40 pound weight. I can hear them conversating drunk right now and management won't do a thing about it. I believe they might not even be on the lease at all for that apt. sick of all the inconveniences that come along with staying here. Edit: I have been reached out to by management and was told they would issue a lease violation, yet the people above me seem to not care. they sound like they are laughing and purposely banging on the walls and floor. I do believe the office tried to reach out to them, but I'm not so sure since it hasn't changed anything about my situation.

I was able to move in just a few days after applying thanks to the consistent and responsive communication from Brooke. Shelby assisted us during the move-in process and was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient even while my toddler was having a full-blown tantrum. A few things needed fixing in the apartment, but Shelby addressed everything promptly and submitted a work order right away. Thank you, Shelby, for making the move-in experience as smooth and stress-free as possible!

My apartment was clean upon move in. Taylor was so helpful with my application process and move in. The 3 things that needed immediate help were handled right away. I am very pleased with the entire moving process. The view from my patio is peaceful and clean. I drove 260 miles to move here and the staff at Ashton Pines made my transition easy and positive. 3-16-24 I turned in a request for patio door repair today and Harold was here to fix it already. I appreciate his speedy concern for my door repair and his courteous and kind attitude. 5 stars to you Harold!
