Ashmark Arms Apartments

Such a horrible eyesore. This used to be beautifully landscaped and when it changed hands they tore out all the landscaping and have left it a barren desert. Terrible for the neighborhood. I feel for the tenants who used to have cute patios that now have ugly fences with zero privacy. The owners of this complex have bought up apartments all around Fresno and they paint them with the same two awful colors. Fresno Planning and Fresno City Council need to put a stop to them.

Honestly, the place is horrible. Nothing like the pictures . In the beginning it was a very nice with private patios and no one looking into your apartment through the back door. Also the area was gated so nobody could come in. Once they started “renovations” everyone became exposed. It’s been more than a year since those “renovations” started and everything is out in the open still. Apartments no longer gated, private patios are no longer available since mangement decided to put short gates. Trash areas are constantly overfilled and a mess with homeless coming in and digging around all times of day. Our kids are no longer safe. There’s also random homeless people breaking into the empty apartments. No surprise why people here are leaving. The place is a mess. I know the office ladies are

Moving in soon to this nice, quiet complex. Rosa and the other ladies at the office are great to work with. The unit is very spacious for a one-bedroom. I’m so happy to find this one level complex as I cannot do stairs due to cancer treatments once a month that leaves me extremely fatigued. Looking forward to my new remodeled apartment!

Location presently under renovation but are leasing. Gated community.

This place is not recommended at all for renting. The management is completely unhelpful; you have to beg them to get anything fixed in the apartments, and they still don't help. Look for another place, and you can never use the pool.
