Ashley Trace Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We moved into these apartments in February of 2024 and moved out once the lease was up. Roaches was a big problem after a couple of months of moving in and we were clean people. No matter how much you keep the place clean they will keep coming due to neighboring apartments even after doing bombs multiple times. Our stove would not raise above 100 degrees after about 5 months into moving in and when we let the front office know they tried charge us and never even came to fix it after calling multiple times. It never got fixed so I can only assume they changed it after we left. Do not call maintenance unless you are home because there was a few times we would come home and there were cigarettes on our balcony. I have also gotten two of my laund

Would not live here at all they don’t fix anything when they fix stuff they leave it half fix it leaving holes in the wall they fixed my bathroom tub and never came and finished leaving a whole by the tub just nasty roaches everywhere know matter how much you clean roaches inside and outside the building please don’t live here its NASTY !!! it’s other places the same price that’s way better not to much better but way better. they have different apartment managers every other couple months all just rude and don’t care mold ,roaches ,holes the washer and dryer machine smell like piss it’s all bad nothing good people fussing all the time yelling screaming this place is poisonous not good for your health at all IF YOU WONT TO LIVE WITH ROACHES then this the place to be the whole Ashley trace

I put an application in for an apt without seeing it & got approved . They told me I could see it that week then they kept giving me the run around . They told me I have to put down an $100 deposit to ensure no one else could get the apt so I did bc they made it seem like there was a list of ppl trying to get it . I kept calling to see the apt but they kept pushing back the date blaming it on maintenance. Until they called & asked for 3000+ deposit for first months rent & security which I told them I’m not paying until I see the apt . I FINALLY went to see the apt & it was absolutely INFESTED with cockroaches . It was a nice apt overall but I’m starting to think they didn’t wanna show it bc they knew there was an infestation . They have rats in the apartments , coming in from the Feilds. Chewing a big whole in my closet bedroom.

The office manager is very nasty And rudeAnd she don't know how to talk to peopleAnd she lie so muchThat's just crazy
