Living at Ashley Club was absolutely the worst experience of my life. Here are the reasons why: MOLD: I am SEVERELY allergic to mold. The SECOND I moved in, I began to experience headaches, cardiac arrhythmia, night sweats, and I was a very healthy 19 year old newly wed. We brought an expert in to confirm our suspicions of a mold infestation, which he verified. Mold does not only affect those who are allergic, so please just save yourself a trip to the ER and thousands of dollars in hospital bills, and do not move here. LEASING OFFICE: I won’t rat anyone out specifically, but we had an EXTREMELY hard time getting into contact with someone to fix the several problems with our unit upon moving in. Do not rent from this apartment complex the people is all about money they failed to do their due diligence upon my move in. Unit was dirty very nasty roaches and spiders after express my concern they still failed to do the job and handle things without trying to accommodate me carpet was nasty which still is upon wanting to break my lease they told me I would owe over $3,000 dollars in not even waive a fee. Horrible people to deal with.

I have lived in Ashley club apartments for over 6 months now. This entire time I haven’t had hot water in my apartment. I’ve made numerous work orders and phone calls, I’ve even been up to the leasing office like 20 times and no one has fixed the issue. I haven’t even gotten so much as a phone call to ask if it was fixed or to at least give me a status update. It may look nice from the outside, but save your time and money. Marissa and Alyssa clearly have no idea what they are doing and are very unprofessional. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Just 2 months after i signed my lease and I regrett it so bad. I wish I had taken these reviews more seriously. Don't do this to yourself. Worse management ever, my apartment master bathroom ceiling fell off, due I was moved to another apartment. I was offered 400 credit, they lied. 2 months later no mailbox keys. They made some kind of mistake and my rent has been overcharged 3 months in a row ...

By far the worst place I've lived and I cannot believe what they are able to get away with charging for rent with such low quality units. Reasons why: Office staff - Marissa, Helen and Katie I believe are there names currently. You will always get exactly 3 different answers regarding important information. Marissa is the worst to deal with because she doesn't remember to follow through with anything and has no clue what is going on, which is fabulous when regarding financial obligations and what you can expect moving forward. They lost my rent check twice. They go to lunch every day from about 11am-3pm it seems, as they are never available. Unit quality - There was mold when I moved in... kind of a problem and you'd think they would clean the place before having someone move in. Horribl
