I had a perfect move in experience. The manager was super pleasant. I required a little more documentation before move in and the staff was super punctual with letting me know what I needed. The ladies in the office are helpful. I had a small problem with the shower head, which I think it was only loose. I called the office, they sent someone over immediately. Kudos to the staff and the property is really clean. DB

I am a current resident for approximately 5 years. I am giving the maintenance crew 5x5 stars for the exceptional promptness and the expertise they have done for my heating furnace issue and also for everything that I call for, they are Johnny on the spot and knows exactly what they are doing to perfection. So Terrence, Ashton, Will and Greg you are the best maintenance team I ever dealt with, professional is what you get. 👍

ASHLAND LAKES APTS in MEMPHIS TN. Someone changed the name on my post to Danbury which is in another state!!! I'm hurt, appalled, and totally disappointed. I paid over$1800.00 to move in close to the end of the month only to find the unit uninhabitable. It smelled of pure Marijuana as soon as you open the door. The carpet was very wet as they tried to shampoo it on my move in day. Every cabinet had damage. Every sink and tub was rusty or dirty. It had not been painted, swept, nor mopped. The air filter seemed to have not been changed in years. The bedrooms have closet doorknobs that don't lock. The toilet still had pee stains and hair. Blinds were broken and the list goes on. I have to find somewhere to live for my child and I until they get this place up to par. I just don't understand

Love the apartments. Been here for years and maintenance requests have always fulfilled Ashton really came through with the light repairs and the others replaced dishwasher with ease.

I recently visited the property in Memphis, TN, with the intention of moving within the next few weeks. My goal was to get information about prices and tour an apartment to have a clearer idea, since from the outside the place looked very nice. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk was not very willing to help; they were short with me and only provided the apartment prices. When I asked to see a unit to get a better look inside, I was told there was nothing available to show. It’s a shame, because the property looks great, but the customer service was very disappointing.
