Ashland has been an amazing resource for our west Baltimore neighborhood rebuilding cooperative. Their inventory is great, the system is so easy to work with, and the staff is polite and professional. We love Sharon! I’ve lost track how many deals we’ve done with Ashland. All have been seamless, and I don’t think the Ashland folks even know how much they’re helping us help Baltimore.

This was my second time using Ashland to sell a “less than perfect” property. Once again, the Ashland team did a great job. I had initially listed this one with a “traditional” real estate broker, but after 2 months with the other broker, we didn’t have any serious offers. After listing with Ashland, it was under contract within 2 weeks, at the price we wanted, and with no contingencies. Adam, Sharon, and the rest of the team were readily available whenever we had a question during the process and they were quick to respond via email or phone - even on evenings or weekends! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I understand why some people have great reviews about Adam and Ashland Auction house while others think they are scum. This auction house has great customer service but I personally have reason not to trust them. In my situation, the auction ad was misleading and the owner wasn't showing the property. Now after I was under contract and signed the docs the owner eventually sent an email to Adam taking full responsility for the misleading advertisement but Adam didn't know the owner sent me a copy of the email as well. Adam had the chance to cancel the auction according to the contract but chose not to. One thing I forgot to mention was Adam offered to communicate a different deal to the owner because he verbally said he was frustrated with the owner and wanted to help me out with the deal.
