Ashford Westchase Apartments

I just signed my lease with Rocio. I am both nervous and excited. I have been looking hard for a place to live that was within my means since I moved here 3 weeks ago. She was wonderful and got me approved very quickly. Praying all goes well and that I will hopefully enjoy my lease at this new place. Thank you Rocio!!!!

Review Update: I've lived here for 5 years and I do not recommend living here anymore. I'm so glad I'm leaving September 2021. Management and maintenance of this property have gone from somewhat competent to completely negligent. They have little to no communication skills, and seem incapable of using any critical thinking skills to come up with solutions. If you decide to problem solve for them, the response you get is: "there is nothing I can do, I cant help you, goodbye." -Jennifer It's really disappointing as the previous staff were competent, fun, kind and really accommodating. If you are in need of a place, yes, this is the place for you. However, if you have options, go somewhere else. Every week since moving in, I have had to submit a request for hot water service, and as I type this message, I am waiting on hot water. The location of my unit does not allow for any quiet time, as the single-pane windows let in every sound. Management does nothing about kids playing with doorbells and banging on windows, even when you provide video proof, or the stealing of packages. Moving ASAP!!!!

I have been living here for 5 years. And there’s very few people like Rocio who actually care about the tenants. She is attentive, professional and very helpful.

I just arrived to my apartment of course the apartment complex has these contractors have no respect they will work over you and there's a safety issue because i almost tripped on the extension cords, no sense what's so ever (where's the safety of the resident) talked to the hispanic gentleman and tells me there's a manager and when he comes back to the office tells me the manager is on the phone I just never lived in a place has no regard to their resident's that pay we are the resource because they have job. I will not stay another year here!!!
