My mom has lived in Ashford Way for a very long time. Ever since the original management company sold the property the place has seriously gone down hill. She has to wait forever for maintenance to take care of anything. Office staff is slow, unresponsive and on top of that incompetent and rude. The fact that they get 3 out of 5 stars for anything is simply unbelievable. Just walk the property. Especially the areas in back of the buildings and dumpsters. Not where you want to call home! I'm getting my mom out of there asap! She deserves better than this and so do the other residents. If you have problems there you should contact Asset Living corporate at 713-782-5800.
