I had a great experience thanks to Genesis at Ashford Santa Ana Apartments. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made everything easy to understand. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend working with Genesis if you’re looking for a new place!

As a resident of 4 years, I can confidently say Carlos (Armando) is truly the best maintenance supervisor we’ve had. He is extremely attentive and always on call whenever something happens. No matter the situation, he shows up and gets it handled. He’s honestly the only one who consistently makes himself available when needed. Five stars isn’t enough to rate the level of dedication and reliability he provides. We truly appreciate him! ❤️

If you’re looking for a quiet, well-managed place to live, this is not it. I’ve had ongoing noise issues, including loud music and weekday parties that go late into the night. Most recently, on a Tuesday evening, neighbors were blasting music and having a party while I was recovering from eye surgery. I couldn’t rest in my own home. Mind you, these units are enclosed like a hotel so you can hear everything. Especially if it your neighbor directly across from you. When I contacted the patrol service (which is part of our rent) no one answered. I ended up having to call the police non-emergency line. This isn’t the first time I’ve reported issues, and nothing ever seems to change. Management says to “call patrol,” but what’s the point if the service is completely unresponsive? We’re payin

The office people are great, The maintenance men Carlos Armando is outstanding. He’s always on point, super reliable and anwlays available when something needs attention in my apartment. I really appreciate his dedication .

From the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted by smiling faces and a comforting group of leasing agents. I worked with Arcy, and he is the kindest person, attentive, and took the time to listen to every need I had. He also chose the perfect units to show me. His patience, but detailed knowledge was refreshing and kept the whole process stress free. The ladies in the front including, Genessis helped me with a female view of what unit to pick because I am the most indecisive person in the world. The place is being renovated, the upgrades are gorgeous and they have done a fabulous job. If you’re looking for an affordable and upgraded apartment complex, I would highly recommend coming here first. It feels like home and the staff make you feel like family immediately.
