Ashford Place Apartments is Mobile’s BEST KEPT SECRET! Autumn the property manager, and Zoe the leasing agent are both AMAZING! The maintenance staff always responds immediately every time I call in a maintenance issue. Beautiful mature pine trees, lush landscaping, great 24 hour gym, Amazon package lockers, which allows me to get my packages 24/7, sparkling pool, a pet spa, hammock garden, and a gas grilling station are just a few reasons I love calling Ashford Place home.

The property manager was so helpful with my questions. Maintenance has always been on top of my concerns and addressed my work orders quickly and efficiently.

Me and my wife moved here in 2021. In four years,we have made Ashford Place our home. Autumn and Robbie have become like family to us and go above and beyond to make our living experience here better. They never hesitate to accommodate any problems or issues we have. I sincerely hope that the owners of this complex sees and hears the positivity of its personnel’s efforts to make Ashford Place a better place for people to live and call home…

TLDR: don’t move here. 0/10 I do not recommend this place at all, and I pray this reaches the right people. I moved in January 2024 with my roommate. First off, during the signing of the lease, I was under the impression that I needed a co-signer, and that I wasn’t officially on the lease. There was water damage on the master bathroom ceiling, which we asked if that was going to be an issue and they said no. In June/July, that ceiling fell through in the middle of the night. THEY NEVER REPLACED IT. Mold, spiders, and everything in between was in that bathroom after that. We brought this up to them multiple times, and they said they needed a contractor, however they only ever sent the maintenance man over to cut a bigger hole.
