Ashford Park Apartments & Townhomes

I moved in here in May2025. Since the first Daya I moved in, I noticed there was something wrong. The guest bathroom door would not shut all the way due to some water damage that appeared at the bottom as it frayed. I've had problem after problem. I told management only to find out every time I told him there was New Management within another month. I've had five manager since I've been here. Maintenance has been fired multiple times. I was told I was paying for renters insurance only to find out that was a lie. No cold water when I moved in and toilet over flowed 2 ruining my new furniture that I bought to match this apartment. There is obvious signs that the toilet has flooded when no one was living here and roaches will not stop coming. Emily and Mark continue to say it's each other'

I’ve been living here for a year now. And I have to say Emily is amazing at what she does as soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed she makes sure your needs are met and if not she asures you that it will get done. She is an amazing person she is always positive and knows how to manage difficult situations. She is very good at explaining how things work and what’s going to be done. Shes an amazing soul that loves what she does definitely what this property needs!

If I could give this a zero star, I definitely would, there’s always new management every single week explaining that I owe $10,000 whenever I’m on a Section 8 Housing voucher because they never decided to switch over one portable to the next so the payment is going to the old management. It is simply So easy to fix. There is always roaches, crawling out of my wall and out of my sink, I’ve had floods, I’ve dealt With my car being towed whenever they decided to paint underneath my vehicle stating reserved When I have been here for 16 months now and that’s never happened to me. Always rude Management every week, this property is very unprofessional. Do not move here.

The staff are great and helpful. But there are still things that need to be fixed in complex, like my stairs, sewage needs to be repaired, humps in drive way. Also stopping tenants from letting their dogs walk without them and the owner is in the home.

Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common decency with this apartment complex!! The neighbor above me water heater and pipe burst which caused my apartment to flood in 3 different areas. On-site maintenance was called out. He vacuumed water which still continued to drip overnight. The floors have dried but the stench that it leaves in my home is unbearable. I’ve notified managers in the front office and asked about renters insurance thats added to our monthly lease. I was told on numerous occasions that once maintenance come take a look then they’ll file with renters insurance and get a contractor out. I spoke with maintenance MYSELF and he said there isn’t anything he could do w/o making the situation worse. The smell of mildew has filled my apartment and me and both m
