Ashford Lakes Apartments

We've been living in this apartment for almost two years now, and it's been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is exceptional here, we had few maintenance request regarding washer/dryer & microwave, Tony has been very effective to address all of them. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque with plenty of trails, trees and lake. Erin and Lakisha are exceptional—they consistently go extra mile by organizing fun events with delicious food & drinks. These events really help bring the community together and create such a welcoming atmosphere. I usually go for a coffee to the leasing office, they do have variety of Starbucks flavors and snacks every day. I love it. Hope the property continues to improve, maintaining a safe and happy environment for everyone. Five star & Cheers

This is our fourth year living in Ashford Lakes. Every time we think about moving, we remember what first attracted us here: the beautiful green areas. Although some need a little care right now, we trust the management is working hard to make them as nice as before. We enjoy being part of this community and appreciate how Lakisha, Erin, and Tony make us feel at home.

I’ve been living in Ashford Lakes Apartments for a year now, and it’s been great! The people are nice, it’s peaceful, and we have get-togethers for special occasions with tasty snacks served nicely.We really love the festivals organized by Ashford Lakes here. They’re helpful and make sure everyone living here is happy. The atmosphere is joyful and calm And it’s Neat and Safe .The apartment designs, pool, gym area are good and has a proper hygiene , behind apartments there is a cool lake and nature trail is connected to the community, which is awesome. The leasing office is also fantastic; they have a good coffee machine with lots of different flavors. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience living here. I called Erin last minute, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in for a tour, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, she was so pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. The difference in customer service compared to another apartment complex I had visited earlier that day was like night and day. Erin took the time to answer all my questions, showed genuine care, and made the visit feel effortless!

Lived here last year, the plumbing and AC was down at least once a month. They also never gave us our $150 deposit back even after calling their office 10+ times. Coincidentally no one was ever available to pick up the phone in the office...
