Ashford Glens Apartments

I had the worst experience with this apartment complex. I put in application, the supervisor asks for all these things. Check check stubs bank statement apartment ledgers. I even mentioned that I did have a broken lease. They told me they couldn't work with me. And at the end, just to be lie too, and denied. The property manager was very nice and tried to help but her supervisor it's the worst.

This complex needs a lot of maintenance, apartments are very old and actually the night that I was there there was like a problem and there were like a few police officers around like if something happened it kind of get me very scared so it probably will be a place that I might not go in again, I don’t live there. I was just visiting.

I can't say enough great things about Ashford Glens Apartments. From the day I moved in, they have been professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making this a great place to live. Nicole goes above and beyond to address any concerns I've brought to her attention. Cesar has quickly attended to my requests. I feel a real sense of community with my neighbors. It's rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, but Nicole does just that. Living here has been a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to their hard work and dedication!

I AM SO HAPPY! I’ve lived in Houston my whole life and am still adjusting to the changes happening around this city including the insane prices! I have lived at this property for two years and the management is absolutely wonderful. I am ESPECIALLY happy right now because Prasiva truly cares about their tenants and always goes above and beyond. I have never lived at an apartment complex where I was actually treated like a human instead of a business number. I appreciate all the support she has given me. I am very happy here! I would recommend this property to EVERYONE!! 10/10

Just found out that Ashford Glens had filed for balance of lease from over 1 1/2 year ago. Lived there 8 yrs. I fell and did a lot of damage to myself, hospitalized for two weeks and in rehab 3 weeks learning to walk again. I almost died and was on kidney dialysis for three months. I was told by my doctor I couldn't live alone, I explained this to the manager and was told I could break the lease "no problem due to severe medical condition". They lied...just spent over 3 grand getting this off my credit file. During 8 yrs there I fought roach and rat infestation...NEVER would I recommend this property...
