This is a great place to live, office manager Jennifer was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way ti make sure I was happy and taken care of. I also had the opportunity to meet Richard the lead maintenance, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. It feels great when you have people like these two running the property. You know things will get done right away.

Being a resident of the Ashford Community, we are satisfied with the maintenance services the maintenance team has been offering. They are quick to fulfil maintenance requests usually within a hour or two and besides they always try to fix the issue in the best way possible

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had, and it is entirely due to the leasing management specifically assistant manager Maria. My lease ended on October. I received written confirmation early December that my security deposit checks were mailed. Weeks passed and nothing arrived. I called Ashford Community support multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue would be escalated to the leasing manager. There was never any follow-up. Because I had already moved to another city, I was forced to drive over three hours just to find out what was happening. Only then did I learn that Maria had the checks the entire time and simply did not send them out even though I personally provided my forwarding address in writing in the management office.
