Asheville Phoenix Properties was one of the worst rental companies I’ve ever dealt with. Our heat broke twice in the dead of winter, and we were left without heat for nearly two weeks. Throughout the entire ordeal, management repeatedly gave us conflicting information and excuses instead of solutions. When we moved out in June, they turned around and blamed us for issues we didn’t cause and kept part of our deposit anyway. After everything we went through, being charged for their own failures was infuriating. I could go into more scenarios but I think this one takes the cake. Based on my experience, this company showed zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for tenants. I strongly recommend avoiding Asheville Phoenix Properties.

Katie and Christina went above and beyond to help my wife and I find the perfect rental. We wanted mountain views in a nice home w/ rent that we could afford. Not an easy thing to find in Asheville. Not only did they find it for us quickly, we also had a signed lease in a matter of 48 hours. Everything was automated and done online which definitely made us feel safe during this Covid mess. Katie was super responsive to all of my calls with questions. She even called me back on her lunch break. Who does that?! They truly show you how important you are to them! You couldn't ask for a better experience renting a home. Highly recommend Asheville Phoenix Properties. Thank you both!

Jaz was very resourceful & helped simplify a difficult transition for my family. It was also a plus that she was able to communicate in the Spanish language for my family to better understand the different options available in my absence. She was kind, respectful also very professional. I recommend this office 100 percent!

0 stars is the real rating, not 1… AVOID AT ALL COSTS regardless of how nice the house or area could be. They will take months to get any service out to you regarding anything of no fault to the property owner even if essential to your living space and well being. After renting for 5 years, multiple properties they have continued to prove they are inhumane, unethical and thieves. As a Tenant, our rent was paid early every month and never late for years. When Helen happened, this affected the whole area and we went without power for weeks and without water for months (being part of the North Fork disaster). They would not work with us in anyway for even a temporary lower rent or offer an assistance during the crisis. On top of that, anytime you call you are transferred to someone’s vo

They never fix anything. If they do it takes forever. I went without a second bathroom 2x 3 months first time 6 months the next. When I moved out after 4 yrs paying on time being a clean and helpful tenant. They keep my deposit. Now there are fixing everything with the house.
