My experience with Asher Reality has been profoundly disappointing. From the outset, I felt misled regarding the quality of their new construction homes. They work with their recommended General Contractor, Chris Daniels Construction, which been a nightmare. Within months, significant issues surfaced: * Seal and Tub Problems: Cracking tubs and inadequate sealing throughout the home. * Landscaping Negligence: Large areas of the lot were left ungrassed, and the driveway perimeter was poorly filled with dirt. * Roofing Defects: Punch holes in roofing tiles, and tiles dislodged after the first major storm, indicating shoddy workmanship. * Structural Issues: Home settling has caused a door to become unlatchable, and the contractor refused to address this. * Defective Gutters: A gutter flaw dire

I purchased a home two years ago at the very beginning stages of the pandemic. Dan Clark was my agent. He showed me three houses in the Cartersville/White area. He was very helpful and insightful. The house I chose needed work so I was reluctant at first but he told me that the house was priced low enough that I could get the house fixed up with the costs included in the mortgage and it would still be in the range of getting financed. Today, I and very pleased with the outcome. My home is beautiful and exactly what I wanted and need. I would recommend Dan of you are looking to buy or sell your home.
