It was the worst place I have ever lived. Violation of fair housing Laws from day one of move in. They have an infestation of roaches and rat's. They property manager Han talks to you like you're a child and just apologizes instead of fixing or addressing what needs to be fixed. I moved from 2 br 1 bath to a 2 br 2 bath, and it was the worst mistake. The other building has been the issue 44406. Maintenance comes in when they want to, they don't call or notify you. Takes weeks to get things fixed and half the time it was not fixed and had to call them back. No one answered the phone or emails you had to go in person. The assistant property manager Yassmin is unprofessional she lies and does not know her job. Be careful she is rude and quick to say we can't do that/help you with that request

I lived here for quite some time and I hated every second of it, nothing worked or was it such horrible condition it HAD to be replaced with something equally as bad. Horrible neighbors, horrible office staff (turnover rate for staff and management is INSANE) not kept up at all. Maintenance also just enters your apartment with no warning? Bugs, pests and all over disgusting. DO NOT LIVE HERE Avoid at all costs! You are welcome in advance

The living conditions here are far from ideal. While the rent may be relatively affordable, the overall quality of living is poor. Management has recently started restricting free parking, even though many residents rely on rental or company vehicles. In my case, I use a company car to get to work, but management insisted the car registration must be under my personal name—which is not possible for a company-owned vehicle. The manager even suggested I leave the company car at the office and instead use my personal car to commute back and forth, which is both impractical and unreasonable. The alternative option is to park in visitor parking at $10 per day, adding up to over $300 per month in extra fees just for parking. Currently lives here with my mom literally the worst apartment I have ever lived in idk why my mom still rents here when something goes wrong in your apartment emergency or non emergency it takes them long time to come and fix it you need to go to the office a couple of times to fix it and they never fix it on the same day it’s gonna take a couple of days because they are lazy and they want to go home. If your ac broke prepare to die because they will take long to come and fix it or sometimes they will never come and fix it . They never ever pick their calls when you call them . pls never ever rent is apartment it’s so trash because the management and maintenance 👨‍🔧 people do not rent here save your money and rent somewhere else or u will regret it
