FUTURE OR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS BEWARE. Had a friend live here and had the worst experience ever. This is coming from a guest. Believe all the low star ratings and know that the high ratings are most likely NEW residents who do not know what they have just gotten themselves into. This is the honest truth. Management removes any truthful reviews and flags them, so that they can hide their deceptive practices. They do NOT care about your needs, health, or well-being. They have shady practices that are HIGHLY questionable that need to be investigated. Expect to be discriminated against, and favoritism shown amongst certain residents... even if they are actively breaking their lease guidelines. Not sure why my reviews are being deleted when they are the TRUTH!

Stay away unless you want to live in a highly unhygienic area that is filthy. Just look at the other reviews that warn you to "stay away" and "avoid this property at all costs"! This is why VA will never want to fund any other affordable housing property ever again. If I could give management 0/5 stars, I would, but I have to give 1 star for the purpose of this review being posted. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! There is no words to describe it. Do yourself a favor and avoid living here even if it means having to live elsewhere or living nowhere. After the first month, you will pray to God to let you leave and regret ever moving here. But you will be trapped.

they discriminate against people with disabilities. they do not practice any ethical guidelines when it comes to providing a resolution to the issues about the community. they do not answer their phone (ever) and if you ask me, that's one of the most important things that a Property Manager needs to do, if she needs to ensure the property is going to succeed for both the residents and the actually company she works for (more negative reviews = less profit and money for her company).

Worst place to live, do not move here. Management is so bad that you have to make appointments just to meet with them. They don’t ever answer the phone, the hallways stink and are always dirty with marks all over the walls. There’s nothing for young kids to do amenities very low budget the playground is the size of a bathroom. All the appliances are cheap and apartments horribly built. Washing machines smell like mildew toilets barely flush because they keep the water pressure so low. They never replace anything they just take appliances from other empty units. Spend your money on something better don’t you dare pay $2k plus to live here.

You have owed my father a security deposit for 4 months now. He's disabled 100%, & has called through his caseworker, & himself to get help with this and you have done nothing. You take advantage of the elderly & disabled. This is completely ridiculous. We've heard every excuse, from it's in the mail, to it was mailed to his previous address. Why would you mail a check to an address he previously lived at, when his case worker has communicated to you his current address & details. It's utterly shocking what you get away with. At this point, we are at a loss for words. Just completely inappropriate. You can't even contact the leasing office, as it goes to voicemail & is never answered at all.
