I love living here!! Best apartment I have lived in, yet ♡ Hanna was an absolute angel to my roomie & I when we initially moved in! We had a little delay with the renovations and move-in date but that's okay, Jodi & Hanna made it worth it! We haven't spoken much to Brandon yet but he does seem very nice and helpful!! My favorite thing about Ashbrooke is the lake overview. Absolutely stunning :)

DONT LIVE HERE. Nasty corporate greed.. They prey on the people that don’t read the contract. If you DONT give a 60 day notice to move out, they charge an EXTRA 200 dollars a month PLUS your rent on top of that. READ THEIR BS CONTRACT. I’ve lived a lot of places and not a single one of them has EVER done any asinine thing such as this. GREEDY

We love living here! The office folks are always pleasant and the maintenance guys are so nice and any work needing done is always done promptly. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rules regarding pets being on leash and people picking up after their pets isn’t enforced. I hate opening my windows and doors smelling dog feces. I would have left this review regardless of the incentive they are offering to hopefully win $50 off of rent in December for leaving a review

We just moved out of Ashbrooke and it has its pros and its cons! Brandon and Jodi are a great management team and maintenance was always very prompt. We lived in the buildings closest to the pond and some pros included that the walls were pretty sound proof, the pool and gym were great, and again - maintenance and management were excellent. Now.. some cons. PESTS!!!! Spiders, mice and roaches!!!! The spiders were AWFUL - my husband went out with some spider spray one night and killed over 20+ huge wolf spiders in the walkway outside our door. The pond close by makes them very plentiful in the area. We had 2 mice come into our apartment while we lived here, and because of a very large crack under our door that management said they weren’t allowed to fix. We had to employ our own rodent tra

The staff is kind and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The apartment is also relatively issue free. That is about where the good things end however. This apartment has one of the worst layouts I think possible. The walkway to get into your apartment is right next to your window for your bed and living room. So you want to leave the windows open to get some sunlight? Unless you want strangers looking into your living room/bedroom forget it. The parking lot lights also shine directly into your bedroom so you can forget having them open in the dark either. Not only that but the deck is extremely loud. You are very likely to be woken up by your neighbor working the nightshift or from someone coming home late at night. You will also have to get used to the constan
