I’ve been living here for almost a year and I have absolutely no complaints. Recently I’ve was out due to a work injury and the manager Angeline has been beyond accommodating and helpful with assisting me. I’ve rented for a few years now and have never seen a manager to the lengths she has gone to assist her tenants. She provided me with SO many resources to assist me financially while I’m awaiting surgery. She walked me through these resources step by step, printed out all the documents I needed and checks in with me to make sure I’m doing well. She is heaven sent!!!

worst apt ever ! They never fix things they have no security either ! They might give give discount in order to get new renters and now i know why !!! 28-126 is robbed even if it was fully locked !! i have heard of car being stolen from this apt too ! Please think twice before moving into it

I appreciate the patience Angeline had with my family. I had to help with doing some translation with my grandma needing assistance. She said everything so we could understand and gave us places to get help. I appreciate her support and kindness to our situation. Now we don’t have a debt and can stay in our home.

We lived here for three years and moved in May. They have 3 weeks to give us the accounting for our deposit and I'm still fighting for it in Sept. They didn't give us a move out accounting of our deposit and avoid our calls. When I use someone else's phone they answer right away then say they'll call back, but don't. They also avoided our certified mail and rejected it. I'm having to get a lawyer to sue. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm going to be reporting them to Fair Housing and suing them. It's inexpensive to sue in small claims so I highly recommend you fight for your deposit back. If anyone wants to combine efforts and go after them, seek me out.
