Ascent at Metropolitan Naples

My wife and I moved to Naples recently for my job relocation. We toured several apartments but Ascent stood out to us from the jump. The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is eager to assist at any time. I want to thank Maria Illiano specifically for her immense support throughout our application and move-in process. I also want to thank Kelsey Walters for her attentiveness to any issues or concerns that we encountered. We highly recommend Ascent for its elegance, location, amenities, and community.

The Ascent is a lovely apartment, with spacious and clean lounges, a great gym, nice amenities, and a highly attentive and supportive staff. Their concierge service is also exceptional. Kelsey and Maria are incredible and truly committed to excellence. The location is unbeatable, close to downtown and just 5 minutes away from the beach! The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of parking and well-maintained common areas. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care, which really adds peace of mind. Living here has been such a positive experience and I highly recommend The Ascent to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

An absolute beautiful building, the common areas are stunning! The amount of natural light adds to the design and decor for an overall gorgeous building. Plenty of spaces on different floors, whether indoor or out.

I recently moved into Ascent Metropolitan Naples, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maria and Kelsey truly stand out; they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I secured my apartment sight unseen, which is no small feat, especially while I was 3,000 miles away on vacation. Kelsey was upfront and honest about the nearby construction noise, which made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. Her patience was remarkable as I changed my mind multiple times until I found the perfect unit for me. The building and lifestyle at Ascent have exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a rental that not only accepts dogs but allows two without any weight limit! The community here is genuinely

Great amenities. staff is nice — however, they always throw events and it makes it feel like it’s a party and not a place where you can live. There’s never any water in the refrigerators either that they used to stock and when you ask ‘it’s on back order’ for over a month. They don’t bring packages up to your room either which is what most buildings do. My fiancé gets groceries delivered while she’s at work and they never bring it up even when she asks them to as it needs to be refrigerated. I wouldn’t say it’s the most ideal place to be. Liked it at first but there’s 3 developments going in adjacent to it and in front of it. Views are blocked and we live in a construction zone that will feel this way for the next two years. The dust is absolutely horrible here.
