Ascent Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and was consistently disappointed. A few key issues: Move-in cleanliness: The unit was not cleaned prior to my move-in. I found dirt and grime that should have been addressed before anyone moved in. Maintenance and emergencies: A washing machine flooded the apartment, and there was a significant delay in response. I had to follow up multiple times before anyone addressed the issue. Communication and responsiveness: Management frequently did not answer or return calls. The office was not reliably staffed, making it hard to get basic questions answered or to obtain repairs. Documentation and promises: Verbal assurances often did not match what was honored later. Here's a review with pictures to support all the previous claims from other tenants. This property may look nice but it's far from being the "luxury living" that they advertise. You will pay too much for just an apartment because according to management, "we don't charge our tenants for the amenities" but if we're paying thousands of dollars for an apartment, you might as well get a house with your own space twice as big, yard, etc. 1. Let's start with management - they are non-existent and are awful. They don't communicate and choose to ignore you unless you put them on blast in the Ascent only community online portal and sometimes not even then do they answer. Phone calls and emails are always ignored. If you have any complaints or issues, then SOL or try to catch them before they leave

The building isn't officially opening until September 1st, but we've taken two tours and are super excited to move in (I'll update once we've spent some time in the place). The finishes and amenities are nicer than anything we found in Denver ... and about 25% less expensive. Everything looks very well thought out / totally worth the 15 minute express-lane commute down to the city. Big thanks to Sara and Gladys for the prompt communication and exceptional service!

The building is a electrical and structural nightmare… Now that it’s getting colder the building always smells like dead fish but it’s blamed on the “heating unit.” Animal owners annihilate the building, carpets, elevators and stairwells with animal excrement, DAILY. The AC/heat DOES NOT work in the hallways, so don’t let anyone tell you “it does.” So your bill is automatically higher because it has to accommodate for the lack of, in the hallways. Our building, parking garage, drains and hallways constantly smell of sewage. They blame it on the grease traps from the local restaurants but it is HORRENDOUS. We have security features and amenities that have worked a couple weeks at a time and then break and rarely get repaired. Our hot tubs have not been operable for 3 out of the 4 years I

My family and I have lived three years here at the Ascent apartments. The staff at Ascent apartments has been professional, compassionate and supportive. Going above and beyond when it comes to Customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The current staff is exemplary!
